Welcome to the Hudson Public Library's Web site. The Hudson Public Library was organized in 1922, being sponsored by the Women's Study Club, Mrs. H.L. Fitch and Mrs. Horace Waldorf serving on the Library Committee. In 1925 the city took over the running of the library and made it a public library.
Since its inception almost 90 years ago, the library has seen a great deal of growth and today can be visited in person or online. Whether you decide to explore our Web site or stop down and see us in person, you will find that the Hudson Public Library is an asset to our community; an asset that one may point to with pride.
